ios - Which iTunes user can upload binaries? -


i have give contractor access our itunes account. has upload binaries ios app , send review. upload binaries xcode directly.

which itunes role should give him? technical maybe?

technical correct. can see in image below, technical user has read/write capabilities in "manage applications" section of itunes connect, illustrated green "check". admin, , legal work well.
