are using redemption 5.4? broke smtp name resolution in getsharedmailbox/getshareddefaultfolder. try use version 5.5 - http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/history.htm

also note there redemption specific mailing list @ http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/outlook-redemption/
