How to use Accelerometer to measure distance for Android Application Development -


i beginner in application development industry. know accelerometer can used return current acceleration along 3 axis in meters per second squared (m/s2). have come know accelerometer can use speedometer.

i want know how can use accelerometer determine distance traveled android device between points of interest. if possible, how can implement it? have seen similar question "how measure distance traveled iphone using accelerometer" how measure distance traveled iphone using accelerometer?. didn't come point.

you position integrating linear acceleration twice the error horrible. useless in practice.
