gnu emacs on windows - how to maximize without mouse? -

gnu emacs on windows:

i have discovered usual way of maximizing window without mouse not work.

i (in other apps/editors works, gvim instance) press alt+space bring top-left corner menu, , press x (the hot key maximize).

to restore window alt+space , r key.

for reason doesn't work in gnu emacs.... there can stop reaching mouse constantly?

i found 1 answer among many on emacswiki:

(w32-send-sys-command #xf030)

the #xf030 system command code maximize window.
