Magento Admin not referencing any JS or CSS -


magento 1.6.2 dedicated server

this morning installed fooman speedster, turned immediately. uninstalling did no seem undo destruction.

following lot of posts, have cleared cache files , checked file/folder permissions.

currently, have got frontend functioning , orders being placed.

the problem left cms. no css or js files being called.

therefore, no buttons within admin working , nothing can done within there.

css there on admin login , magentoconnect parts. main admin part not working.

any ideas on how admin calling css , js again?
