azure - Extending on-premises Active Directory for virtual machine -

we have off-shore resource tunneling physical machine other side of world, , we're finding productivity being impacted.

i've done reading on azure site, i'm wondering if tell me directly whether thought feasible or not. i'd extend our active directory azure, , have offshore resource work in azure virtual machine based off corporate image. we'd user able access network resources file shares, web servers, tfs, etc... thought resource able work more efficiently off azure vm node closer.

is possible?

thanks!

chris

while technically absolutely possible, target not allowed licensing party.

in order achieve goal, need licensed rds (remote desktop services). not cover public cloud environments.

you can check more on vm faq section here. need "rds", check there , regular checks on page, because might change in future.
