ms access - Data transfer measurement between databases -

i'd measure how many data (in mb) transfered between 2 access databases during specific operations. on of databases on local disk, other in network. i'd work out design solution minimalise data transfer during specific operations (like data loading, appending data, checking data quality) having needed data in 'mother' db. e.g. put data marts , how synchronise them. possibility of measurement data transfer in different scenarios me out in finding best design solution having max performance.

is there tool provide possibility?

access doesn't include built-in instrumentation information want. isamstats method see whether can use information gives reasonable approximation.
