i execute query on database on appfog don't know url given passoword , username, insight highly appreciated. thank in advance.

you can connect database using preferred method of language you're using. see https://docs.appfog.com/services/mysql more information (assuming it's mysql database).

the username, password, , host, in "credentials" parameter, part of vcap_services environment variable. page linked tells how access variable in various languages.
