oracle - ORA 12505 error for SQL Developer -


i have ran problem when trying connect database. error stating cant find listener.

status : failure -test failed: listener refused connection following error: ora-12505, tns:listener not know of sid given in connect descriptor

i read post whats in listener.ora , tnsnames.ora when try open these files via windows explorer tells me choose program open with, , doesnt open.

can me problem can practicing coding please?

the command view listener information in windows lsnrctl. open dos command prompt on server, not client. 

lsnrctl status

view other commands 

lsnrctl

also, tnsnames.ora , listener.ora files text files. can open in notepad. default location tnsnames.ora file on client is:

c:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1\network\admin

the default location listener.ora file on server is:

oracle_home\network\admin

php - guestbook returning database data to flash -

i've been struggling problem long , unable make work, hope can me it. first, know php files correct , mysql database works fine. in flash, able submit comment database comments not display. did many tests such making returned_database flash separately , worked fine - can see old comments. long combine submitting 1 , returning 1 together, flash doesn't show comments more. put lower version flash effects on frame thinking doesn't collaborate returning flash, submitting flash works fine. since pretty complex problem hard me copy actionscript code because on different frames in flash. if has ideas fixing maybe can send file you?
