linux - statsd current time is two hours in the future--how to fix? -

when looking @ our statsd data in graphite, graphs saying current time 2 hours in future. instance, if we're looking @ graphite @ 9:00am, graphs telling it's 11:00am. data lines should--if had 99 events @ 9:00am, can see 99 events on graphs @ 11:00am.

the clock correct on host running statsd, , tried stopping & starting statsd process. other suggestions on fix that?

fixed creating file (since we're in california)

$ cat /opt/graphite/webapp/graphite/local_settings.py # set local timezone (django *try* figure out automatically) # if graphs appear offset couple hours # needs explicitly set local timezone. time_zone = 'america/los_angeles'
