android - Xtify xid returns always null in a vodafone smart II registration -


i had implemented sample of xtify sdk in 3 phones, works in 2 there 1 doesn't work (the xtifysdk.getxidkey() returns null no matter number of times instruction xtifysdk.start called.

i've checked every steps of implementation , it's accorded tutorial. i've sent email xtify support , confirmed implementation correct.

i'm using vodafone smart ii android 2.3.7. has else experienced issue specific phone?

i hadn't gmail account configured in particular phone (it's test phone not mine), configured it, clean , deploy project again , issue became solved.
