java - Phonegap debugging remote user -


a user complaining problem can not reproduce in emulator or vm.

how can determine , fix bug?

the application not crash or show error message not function suppose to. have no access users phone. can not tell if problem caused javascript or java.

if user running android, have them provide logcat dump using app such alogcat
